I am an Emergency Medicine Physician and Lawyer, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). My work bridges the fields of medicine, law, and human rights advocacy.
I have led reproductive rights investigations and advocacy efforts in Southeast Asia with UNAIDS and amfAR, and contributed to immigration-related investigations and policy advocacy in the U.S. and Mexico through my work with the ACLU of Northern California.
